・minimum order

Our minimum order is fifteen (15) pieces per order. A minimum processing charge of ＄25.00 will be applied to any order not meeting this quantity.

All damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours to our customer service department. All returns must be accompanied by a complete RA approval form and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for freight unless otherwise authorized by nepalhandknit company. Parcels beimg returned must be insured. COD or freight collect shipments will be refused. Returns are not accepted beyond 30 days. Approved returns are only accepted via prepaid regular insured mail to the following address.
